Assyrian Martyr's Day

On August 8th, 2021, The Assyrian American National Federation’s Arizona Affiliates, in conjunction with other organizations and Arizona chapters hosted; Assyrian Martyrs Day at American Royal Palace.

The Assyrian American National Federation’s Arizona Affiliates included the Assyrian American Association of Arizona, the Assyrian American Cultural Organization of Arizona, and Mar Zaia Assyrian Organization. The event was in conjunction with Assyrian Aid Society, Assyrian Democratic Movement, Assyrian General Conference, Assyrian Patriotic Party, Assyrian Student Association, Assyrian Universal Alliance, Assyrians for Justice, Bet Nahrain Democratic Party, Bney Nahrain, and Seyfo Center.

The event featured presentations, speeches, and poems from Dr. Ramina Jajoo, Deacon Youshiya Gewargis, Andrew Gabraiel, Shamasha Odisho Bolis, Youel Kiryakouz, and Ashour Chamoun.
