We wanted to share that the Assyrian American Cultural Organization of Arizona has been working with Representative Steve Kaiser on a proclamation to recognize April 1st as the Assyrian New Year in the state of Arizona. We just got word that it will be read on the house floor on Thursday, March 18th, 2021 at 10am!!

This is such exciting news and we hope that you can join us at the capitol building this Thursday at 10am.
